#Things to consider

  • Hit the gym and get a good sweat on; the endorphin release will make you feel better.
  • Go for a walk, preferably by the sea, and if you really want your mood to improve, get in the sea.
  • When you commit to doing a cold shower challenge for an entire month, it will only take half that time to realize its impact on your productivity and well-being.
  • I realized that when my brain tells me that I shouldn’t do a sea dip, that day is the most important day to do so.
  • The first of my ‘cold-water cure’ tips is: ‘Do something you don’t want to do every single morning.’
  • Two of the most important things you must learn when it comes to success in anything are patience and commitment to doing a small amount consistently each day.

#Reading log

2025-03-16: — Change my daily notes to rate my areas of life? As I’ve been reading 📚 Meltdown I’ve started thinking if I should do those ratings of different areas of my life? The author does it daily. I don’t know. I’ve been opposed to this in the past. I reflect better through journaling. The writing brings me insight over time. Ratings like these I’m not sure what to do with. There’s no meat on the bones when it comes to the numbers. But I guess if I want to score my health I would check if I did a workout, if I started my fasting in time, etc.
