2024-12-02: This book was amazing right from the start. So there are these benevolent gods appearing in the sky one day. There is nothing that the people on Earth can do about it. They have superior technology in every way. But they don’t seem to come with bad intentions, they would rather shepherd humankind into a better era. They’re sharing their technology but they won’t show themselves. They will only talk to one human who will convey their messages to the rest. It was so creepy how in the end after hundreds of years they came down to Earth and showed themselves.
