Life is a constant experiment. There is no failure; there is only experimentation.
We all must be aware of our current Truth level. The moment we dip too low, we start to feel indifferent about ourselves. We may not even recognize who the person in the mirror is. This is when you no longer do things for your heart’s desire but, rather, you do things out of complacency, normalcy or apathetic acceptance. This is a dangerous place to be, for you are no longer listening to yourself.
We must be mindful of our consumption habits. Without mindfulness, we are only drifting, from one fad, habit, thought, location or person to another. Don’t drift mindlessly. Travel with purpose instead.
Minimalism can evolve you but only if you choose to evolve minimalism as it fits your life. Asking yourself, “What is essential?” is a wonderful question that probes deeper into your specific life’s core Truth.
