#Things to consider

  1. Don’t trap your energy inside you. Let it pass through and let it go.
  2. You don’t need to dwell on things that happened and on the past.
  3. The moment your heart gets defensive, you stop and let go.
  4. Stop defining the disturbed mind as a negative experience; just see if you can relax behind it.
  5. When your mind is disturbed, don’t ask, “What do I do about this?” Instead ask, “Who am I that notices this?”
